Very impressed with our stay. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and stocked well. Definitely will stay again. Thank you!

Staff was professional and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was clean, bedding was clean, towels were clean, you get the picture. We travel a lot and it is clear that the manager is on point and has a good staff. We travel a lot and this particular hotel was what you should expect but sadly rarely get. This manager should be promoted to run a district, or be an inspector to get the standard up to where it should be.
Needed to stop and rest after a long day of driving, about 15 hrs, they had a room available and it was so clean and quiet. I went to sleep right away. I would recommend staying here for sure.
Suzanne at front desk was a huge help. The manager Patty was extremely helpful in accommodation for our cat. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn't catch the name of the young lady that made us aware of a Mexican restaurant that was 2 thumbs up. I wish that ever Holiday Inn we stay at treats us the way this crew has. Thanks for a great stay!

Bathroom fan that actually works! Clean, dry room, clean carpet, well-run. The best Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed in. There’s a phone, clock, iron + ironing board, all the things that newer hotels don’t offer anymore. Lots of space for luggage. Bed was nice. Furniture was clean. I’m tired of damp hotels with sticky carpet so this stay was the highlight of our drive home.
Whenever traveling through I always stop at this hotel because everyone is always so friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and hotel is quite also feel safe. Breakfast has always been warm and enough to choose from. I love that they have shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion in the bathrooms so you don’t have to worry about them. This stay Christina checked me in first stay and my second stay was Suzanne and she was training Maria all were very friendly and professional. Thank you all for making my stay nice.
I have been in quite a few Holiday Inns, and this one is most definitely one I would highly recommend. I’m back-and-forth between here and Texas quite a bit, and I will return if I need to make a stop. It’s in a great location too. Very easy to access off the interstate and close to Little Rock.The room was exceptionally clean with up to date furnishings, and the service and the kindness of the staff was top-notch!
I’ve stayed at the Lonoke location several times. Every single time the service is excellent! The hospitality shown from the front desk host, Suzanne, is amazing. She makes sure my reservations are correct and does her best to accommodate my needs. It’s always night when I arrive. Maria is always just as pleasant and courteous and makes my check-in easy. I highly recommend this location for your hotel choice when traveling on the I-40. Thank you Suzanne and Maria for your kindness and hospitality!!
